IEA EBC Annual Report 2017 has now been compiled and published.

At the request of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the Building Research Institute participates in EBC, and Vice President Dr. Sawachi currently serves as EBC Executive Committee Chair (see p1 of the report). In addition, on p14-15, you can find the WG report "HVAC Energy Calculation Methodologies for Non-residential Buildings" which he has compiled as a Chair. EBC Annual Report 2017
